Adrian Sanders went above and beyond excellence! We were shopping and driving different cars at Car Max and dealers. My daughter said she liked the car her daughter had years ago and it was a Buick Enclave, so she and my grand daughter decided to drive through the dealership of Dave Cross. Still haven’t heard back regarding my wheel locks that were REMOVED from my vehicle during service without my permission and replaced with standard lug nuts. Was told I wasn’t getting anything free for “hot rodding” my car, that was sold to me with multiple issues! Despite the insults, he took ownership for work being performed on my vehicle WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. Gave me a paper with a signature stating “we owe lugnuts” but never followed up. MONTHS LATER. Any suggestions?
I recently purchased a vehicle from Ron and it was one of the easier experiences I've ever had. I had called ahead to make sure the vehicle was still available and from there it was smooth sailing. It was a great laid back experience where I feel like he didn't try to up sale anything to me and made sure the truck I was purchasing was exactly as every detail listed.
