Scheduled ahead of time via the GMC online app. Had an appointment. Arrived early. Also put in the appointment notes that I had no other transportation and would be waiting on site. The person who started my service with me saw I clearly had my small child with me as well. I was scheduled for an oil change/multi-point inspection/and investigating why my rear left turn signal was showing an error.
