I ordered a warranty part 3 times and they decided to sell it instead of calling me to get the work done. Then when I finally went in to get the work done and I was 136 miles over the 30k mileage warranty and they would not honor it. These people are pathetic.
Test drove a GMC Sierra 1500 Denali Ultimate at Dave Cross Motors in November of 2022. I had a great experience. Matthew Cross did an awesome job of answering questions, demoing features, pointing out differences between trim levels, etc. He was very knowledgeable. It was an excellent experience. I definitely recommend checking out Dave Cross motors.
