I took a warranty recall in for part replacement in Aug. 2024. They had me sit for an hour only to tell me the part was on back order. After waiting until June of 2025, they had not reached out to me. I called Ed Martin in Anderson and told them the story. They laughed in amazement and told me to come in. EM got it done in one week!
