Horrible service manager never call me back and they keep my car over night with no reason. I try to speak to someone but no one took any of my calls… improper diagnostics and improper service of my vehicle. That didn’t make any difference on my vehicle. No honesty from this dealer
I was pretty disappointed by the customer service I received at this location after they worked on my vehicle and there were still issues the following day. When I called back to let them know, I was talked down to and told I would need to pay for further diagnosis. I was planning to buy a new suv from this location but after this experience, I plan to continue buying vehicles from Ford across the street.
