Worst experience ever from Sales associate Brad Byergenson We told him Do Not run our Credit that we were pre approved threw our bank for a Auto loan that we were told to tell them just to search there cuddle system for our approval he told My Husband and I he would NOT run our credit he went to his Mangers office and My husband got a Notification on his phone that his Credit was Ran . Our THREE MONTH old 2025 Denali Ultimate was vandalized at a Chico shopping center parking lot. We contacted GMC of Chico as this is where we purchased our truck. We were transferred to the body shop department and scheduled an appointment. We brought our truck in and met with Steve. We received our estimate and we were given the details of what to expect and the repairs. Our damage was $9,200.00 and there was damage to the hood, light, door and a window. Purchased my first new truck today. Chico GMC was by far the easiest GMC dealer I dealt with when buying my new truck. The sales team not only provided the best deal, but also made the entire process extremely quick and easy. They also had free fig newtons which my brother was pumped on!!
Hello, bought a truck from there yesterday. Had the best experience with sales associate Will and Nathan ;-) Super chill, no stress made it a lovely experience! Definately will be back and highly recommend!
