I made an online appointment for oil change and I got a confirmation for my appointment day and time. Two day before my appointment I got a phone call stating that the time I made the appointment their staff are at lunch. I told them I will bring my car before their lunch so they work on it after. Then one day prior to my appointment they called me again to tell me they’re already booked for that day and online appointments aren’t accurate. Why booking online if doesn’t work.
Everyone was very Professional and helpful. Services were complete on time. And reasonable prices for a dealership. They clearly care about their customers. They have a clean and comfortable waiting area. I left feeling like everything was on up and up.
Horrible experience. I went there with the intention of purchasing two vehicles. Severe lack of communication, organization, and professionalism.
I was traveling through Chico and needed a specific oil that would have been very difficult to find anywhere else. Josh and Ron in the Collision Center and Parts Department at the GMC dealership went above and beyond to help me. Not only did they take the time to find exactly what I needed, but they were genuinely happy to help. They even stayed late to make sure I was taken care of. Worst experience ever from Sales associate Brad Byergenson We told him Do Not run our Credit that we were pre approved threw our bank for a Auto loan that we were told to tell them just to search there cuddle system for our approval he told My Husband and I he would NOT run our credit he went to his Mangers office and My husband got a Notification on his phone that his Credit was Ran . Brad Completely false lied to Us they lost a $31,000 Sale . They Cannot be trusted
