The staff went above and beyond getting a new fridge installed in my Motorhome! Everyone was very friendly, professional and helpful, and I appreciated the great service!
Purchased a new Chev Colorado Trail Boss from Kim in 2023. Had nothing but trouble with it. Infotainment issues, fuel supply issue, and flattening battery issues. Took it back to Smithers Service department (Spencer-Great guy!) on 2 occasions and they could not resolve the issue. Eventually took it to Terrace GM who resolved my issues, including fuel issue (Fuel solenoid).
