Our truck has been at the service department since November. It took nearly a month just to diagnose the issue. Once we were finally informed of the problem, we were given a repair timeline. When we called again this morning for an update, we were told it would be fixed “next week,” but no specific date was provided. The lack of clear communication and delays have been very frustrating. This experience has been disappointing, and there is definitely room for improvement in service and follow-up.

Prendre rendez-vous en ligne 3 semaine d’avance… Arrivé sur place il me dit qu’il ne prennent pas de rendez-vous a partir d’une telle heure. Ca pousse les rendez-vous en ligne avec un systeme éronner. Perde du temps de travail pour ce faire refuser! Bravo champion! C’étais la premiere fois qui j’y allais et certainement la derniere! Je ne recommende pas !
