I got a flat tire from a screw that went into my sidewall and Cannon Motors of West Point service department took excellent care of me! They made me a same-day appointment and had me taken care of and on my way in no time! If you’re needing fast and reliable service with a smile, go see the folks there and they’ll be glad to take care of you!
Let me start off by saying my fiance financed a used vehicle in December 2024. After signing the contract , 2 weeks later we're contacted and told that "we have to" sign another contract or we have to return the vehicle. They took away our 2 year warranty and our GAP coverage in this process. A month after purchasing the vehicle , it broke down on me and I had to leave it on the side of the highway. Great company to purchase my new vehicle from! Brandon, the General Manager, was very helpful. He took a lot of time with me going over all of the features of my Yukon, and setting up the car Apps. Very pleased with my experience.
