I had a top radiator hose leak on my 2024 GMC Canyon. I made a online appointment with Bender for my GMC Canyon for the next morning. When I brought it in and spoke to Service Advisor Daniel he told me upfront they may have to back order the top radiator hose due to supply issue for those hoses. They found there was a Technical Service Bulletin on the the top radiator hose leaks for these Canyons and would be pressure testing the whole cooling system and ordering a new top radiator hose according to the bulletin. If this dealer treats all their customers the way I was treated, they won't be in business much longer. Getting put on hold for over 30 minutes is not good business practices. I never had this kind of treatment from my former Chevy dealer in Illinois. Makes me think they don't care whether I give them business or not.
I had an excellent experience! The Customer Service Consultant Bryant was ready for me when I arrived at 1 pm for my appointment to have my oil changed and tires rotated. I waited in the waiting room for a little under an hour and my truck was ready. I like that in between I was updated on the progress of my service through a Google App and on the TV Screen in the customer lounge.
