Review for Royal Buick GMC My vehicle broke down on the way back from Miami, so I had it towed to Royal Buick GMC. Unfortunately, the experience was not a good one. After they had my truck for two and a half weeks, I received very little communication. I was told the vehicle was ready, so I drove all the way from Texas to pick it up, only to find the repair was not complete. I would definitely recommend going somewhere else if you need service.
Saw the ad online, made a phone call to Jason Payne to clarify details of what was posted on the Royal Buick GMC website and found everything was just as outlined. After sharing a few pics of my trade via text, he had a buyer's order with a fair trade value to me. Super fast and exactly as we discussed.
