Kobe Bates was the salesperson that I dealt with; he was great and very knowledgeable about the vehicle I had liked online. The sales team is amazing! However the service needs some improvement. We bought an Acadia in March 2025, and have had to have the antenna cover replaced twice. We also were without the car for a week because of an electrical issue. I am not sure what the issue is but something needs to change with installation. Also, the service reps are not very friendly at all! No smile, or how are you? It is very frustrating considering how much we pay for these cars!
Great experience with getting my vehicle serviced. Truly appreciate the service team getting me in without a scheduled appointment.
