Great dealership
For my first major dealership service everything was smooth from start to finish. Brittney C was very responsive from the first message until I picked my truck up. She was an amazing service advisor. Price hit me rather hard but I’m thankful it was able to be fixed and quick. Turnaround was a few days and my air is blowing colder and then it ever has.
The service advisor Britney Concepcion was excellent with my vehicle she was quick with updates and communication about what was wrong and she got my car back in less than a week in timely fashion I highly recommend Royal gmc
Very friendly and polite people. It was a delight to work with the salesman and finance person!
