Taylor Lockhart is 11 outta 10. The whole staff was truly incredible. Start to finish, I couldn't tell you something that I would have changed. Taylor has a customer for life with me!
Terrible service and shocking lack of professionalism I’m extremely disappointed with GMC service. Not only can you not rely on the work they do, but their careless attitude makes the whole experience even worse. They’ve repeatedly returned my car with tools and parts left inside, showing they simply do not pay attention or care about their customers. 10/10 recommend. Taylor L was my sales rep he made the buying experience fast and easy without pushing you and harassing you like most dealerships. This is my 6th vehicle purchase and I would say it was probably the best experience I’ve had. I wouldn’t purchase another vehicle from anywhere else.
