The service department is the worst service department I have ever dealt with. They don’t problem solve, they don’t try to help, they do barely the minimum required, the only thing they are good at is giving a lot of attitude, gaslighting, and not taking accountability. A 30 min fix, became a 9+ day problem due to their inability to problem solve. I am ready to sell my car and never use their business again.
