I bought $100,000 Denali and they sent my title to the wrong address when I called up there and spoke to some lady in the sales department she said she will call me back later that day to give me an update on my title she never called me back! It’s almost like they don’t care about you after you spend your money with them I spent $100,000 on a vehicle and they treat me like I’m nothing
My experience with Junior in the service department was above and beyond. At first I was flustered with the total pricing of a Tune Up on a GMC Terrain.
