Today was my only day off. My wife was told one thing about a car deal before we took a two hour trip. When we got there we had to wait two hours and then the salesman come with a whole different deal. A 24k car was 45k after financing. The interest rate was crazy and different from what she agreed to over the phone. I guess they thought she would come alone and they would pull a fast one on her. A wasted day, wasted gas, and just a waste all the way around.
When I called to make my appointment, I was told that the dealership now had a shuttle service and no longer used Lyft. When I asked my service advisor, he told me they did not have a shuttle. I asked the woman working at the cashier desk and said they did do Lyft's and my service advisor should have set that up. In the end, he set it up for me.
