Bought a vehicle from them a year ago had a transmission line issue with it within 6 months a line rusted and broke no big deal they tried telling me i needed a full transmission replacement…. If I could rate no stars I would. I bought my car here three weeks ago there was a service four-wheel drive light on they said they were going to take care of it they took care of it and the week later it came back on I'm taking it back in to get serviced and they're telling me I have to sit and wait they won't let me use a vehicle now didn't mind let me but they didn't mind letting me use a vehicle when I was buying a car but now that we got to fix their problem they don't want to let me use the car I think that's terrible ... read more
I'm posting about my wife's experience today. So my wife was in a situation 2 years ago and needed a car in a hurry, and at the time she didn't have the best credit so she had to do what she had to do and went to a popular buy here pay here dealer that serves our area.
