The company was good w quick response and problem solution but failed to properly set expectations and lied about pricing . The employee that was sent to my house said nothing needed to be signed and I didn’t have anything due leaving under impression it was covered via warranty. Let me a paper for future maintenance plan options but failed to mention that I would be billed almost a $200 charge a less than 30 minute visit.
