I scheduled a maintenance service to clean 4 mini-split units, and they clearly had no idea how to manage even a basic appointment. I called four times just to confirm, and each time it felt like no one knew who was handling my request. Despite that, they never showed up on the scheduled day. The company was good w quick response and problem solution but failed to properly set expectations and lied about pricing . The employee that was sent to my house said nothing needed to be signed and I didn’t have anything due leaving under impression it was covered via warranty. Let me a paper for future maintenance plan options but failed to mention that I would be billed almost a $200 charge a less than 30 minute visit.
