I bought a car from here in October last year. Unfortunately when I got it there was a problem with the head gasket within 2 weeks of driving it away. The work would have cost more than the warranty covered but they sent me to one of the garages they used, Brookland motors, who fixed the problem with no extra cost to me. I’m very happy with how I was looked after and cannot fault them for their customer service Thank you so much! :)
Excellent service, bought an audi a3 for my girlfriend from here, picked it up on Sunday 2nd March, Jamie is a really helpful and nice guy, I didn't get pressurised by any of the salesman, they just gave me the keys to look at the car myself and went back in the office, they also answered any questions i had and replaced a couple of things i wasnt happy with, i an very happy with the service i received, would definitely recommend this place.
I recently bought my first car here and cannot fault the experience at all. Jamie was really helpful and easy to talk to, I felt confident throughout considering I don’t have the best knowledge of cars and I’m new to all this! I took it on a test drive, and Jamie made sure I was happy with the car and that some parts which needed it were replaced and fixed, and working well for me. I absolutely love my car, thank you so much 😊
I bought my car in September 2024, all was well and I even left a good review. I had to keep topping up oil until eventually the car came to a halt without any oil low warning light, the AA came to help and told me that the car is leaking oil, upon an investigtion oil is leaking into the engine and has been happening before I bought the car.
