A few days ago i booked a test drive for a car which i was told word for word over the phone “this will still be on sale by wednesday(the day of test drive)” upon arrival their faces dropped with one of the 2 seeming annoyed at the other for not informing me. Came here to purchase my next car, went though a broker, so not the garage itself, however, I’m so pleased with it. The staff were helpful, left us alone to view the car, and let me test drive the car without any questions. They were also greatly helpful when answering questions, and didn’t skimp on any response. I knew after the test drive I wanted the car, so I let them know, 10 minutes and a bit of paperwork later, I was driving off in my new car. I recently bought a used 2013 nissan Qasquai in red from GMC 2000 in Leeds ....I am so happy with the car ,really great quality car ..all nicely cleaned and ready for me promptly on day of collection. There was no sales pressure, I was left to browse around with no pressure at all... Crap service, asked this place to locate a car with a specific spec. No contact whatsoever from the rise off hand , I believe the owner. I would and cannot recommend this appalling car sales dealer. The same man was being very rude to a couple while we were Waiting to be served.Avoid..... Some contact even with no news would have been professional....
