We’ve seen this food truck along Rt 17 in Stafford many times over the years and finally stopped in for lunch to go one Sunday afternoon. The guy running things in the trailer was very friendly, clearly the owner. They offer all the typical BBQ joint menu items (Brisket, Pulled pork, Pulled chicken., Ribs, etc) and all the typical sides too (beans, slaw, green beans, corn bread, etc). Great food! Chicken, brisket and corn muffins were fantastic. Also extremely kind owners - we had been traveling on road for 12hrs, staying at Marriott near by. They had just closed but saw us and opened back us, made us food and brought it inside the brewery. We had already been turned away from another restaurant and with 2 hungry kids this was so nice of them to open back up. GREATLY appreciate it. Happy Holidays!
Really great. Definitely could eat it without sauce but if desired it's also amazing. Best in the burg!
Tried a lot of bbq places in the area but in terms of speed of service and quality this place takes the cake. Had the ribs and pork bbq with green beans and Mac and cheese. All were amazing. Will gladly eat again. 🤤
Just had them at Laudenbach tonight. Absolutely amazing and a great price. You have to check them out.
