Absolutely appalled! How a disaster didn’t happen, I genuinely don’t know. I called GMAC for a flat tyre and was initially happy to have it sorted. I travel daily from Larne to Mallusk for work and my children’s gymnastics, so reliable transport is vital. Great and fast service!
I was stranded following a tyre puncture which quickly led to my tyre sidewall disintegrating. I rang and spoke to Gordy and told him where I was. Gordy was quick to get out to me, and had me sorted quickly with a new tyre. Very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend.
Got two flats on our journey around the Causeway and the young man was there in about 30 minutes, took our tires back to the shop to mount new ones and we were back on the road in an hour and a half total!!! In the USA it would have been at least three hours or more . Super service!!!
