We paid hundreds of dollars extra to have them move furniture. After rescheduling twice we get a horribly rude man who has a scrony woman with him and they refuse to move ANY furnitur . Beyond unprofessional and definetly not worth the money paid.
DO NOT USE - U WILL BE SORRY. Extremely rude, condescending very hard to work with. Were going to roll out our carpet on dirty wet ground, cut it then install pieces...not acceptable. Manager wore hard soled shoes on our new hard flloors & damaged them. Did not finish job then said they would charge us extra to complete the job. Very unprofessional. They do install work for Home Depot here in Medford. They have the "take it or leave it" attitude making you feel stuck with their poor workmanship & left us feeling taken advant... read more
