Friendly and knowlegable but a little pricey
I wouldn't trust my vehicle with these guys. Disorganized and completely clueless.
The service department is a joke. They had my father-in-laws Prius for 3 weeks to fix what should have been a simple bumper sensor issue. After paying high fee for diagnosis plus hundreds of dollars in parts, they are unable to fix it. Excuse after excuse. Once looking it over after their bungle, we found more damage they caused to the bumper (broken clips).
