*LONG but worth the read If I could give zero stars I would. Chris is unprofessional, rude, horrible business person. We made an order years ago, paid for the item, paid for shipping. After we received our item they called & said we owed them $2+ for additional shipping charges-claiming the other cost was an estimate.
