I would like to add that owner refused to honor his word and stick to warranty that he authorized thru text that he would fix issues up till a certain date. Did not fix issue with paint flaking off spray deck and refuses now to fix a good size crack in spray deck at entrance of pool. This is cracking because the crew did not grind concrete enough. Still a hump there. Adding pics. It’s now a little over 2 years. I was told by Chris when he gave us the warranties 2 year warranty on spray deck. They only warranties for 1 year. ... read more
