We spent 48k remodeling our pool adding new plaster and large rock waterfall with new spray deck. The spray deck was not prepped correctly no cleaning concrete and when they added paint it was only blown with a leaf blower and no sealing after adding paint. The paint has come up all over the spray deck. The waterfall still has mortar on it on one side. This company was bought a couple of years sgo by someone else. I would not recommend this company. I couldn’t be happier with GM Outdoor Living! As a first-time pool owner, I was nervous about the process, but their team made it an absolute breeze. They were incredibly personal, taking the time to explain everything and answer all my questions, which put me at ease from start to finish. The craftsmanship is top-notch—our pool looks stunning and works perfectly. They truly went above and beyond, and I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a builder who cares as much about the experience as the result. Fantastic job!

UPDATE AND ANSWERING THE OWNER’S REPLY: The tech in question was in the 11000 block of Cypresswood @ Lakewood Forest Drive. The day was Sunday February 23rd 12:13pm to 12:20pm when the reckless and dangerous behavior happened. We couldn’t get a good look at the tech but his skin color was very light and we only saw a small portion of his left side of the face; he then rolled up his very dark window and was speeding around and around trying to lose us when he realized we were trying to get info and a good look at his face. Once again, GM Outdoors deserves 5 stars. This is our second project with them. The first project was super smooth and the second is exactly the same. We got our pool replastered and new tile coping. Chris promised they would be done in a week pending weather and he didn’t lie. It was done in under 7 days. WAY TO GO GM OUTDOOR LIVING!! we are so happy with the results.

I couldn’t recommend GM outdoor living more highly!!! From the very first phone call, to the meeting to design the pool and outdoor remodel, to the actual project- they were honest, reliable, communicative, skilled, speedy, and professional! Marty is so good at what he does! And with GM we got extra things we wouldn’t have gotten with other companies- a couple of months of free pool cleaning, 2 pallets of grass, among other things.
