Customer service is poor… I just do not understand why numerous calls need to be made to get a phone call back, and I am STILL waiting for a phone call so I can speak to the rep that came to my house. I asked to speak to him, I was told that no one can understand him bc his english is not good… Who says that about someone who works for you?! But he was understood for the report to be written. Absolutely makes no sense to me.
Jay does some really handy work. He’s a very knowledgeable licensed contractor. The owner, Greg, is very attentive and understanding too.
