I went here to have my car battery replaced. Even though my car is a regular sedan, they installed a small battery meant for a compact car without telling me. I didn’t notice right away because I was just visiting the area, but when I opened the hood later I found out. It also looked like they handled the installation carelessly, tightening the bolts so roughly it seemed like they might break. Got my car serviced here but they forgot to add brake fluid! No apology. Completely ignored the fact that we came back alive after the brakes failed and politely asked them to fix it. Tip for future customers: don’t be too nice to the boss—be firm. If you get ignored, just call the police. Thanks.
Disappointed we could only give a 5 star review, we had an airbag issue whilst travelling in our motorhome (about 900km from home) we called Glen and from the moment we pulled into his driveway he stopped what he was doing and worked on our van even in the rain , even checked the opposite side and repaired that also , thank you so much Glen you are an absolute legend .
