The owner of this shop was very rude and unreasonable. When I arrived, it was only around 4pm, and they still had about an hour before closing. There were no cars being worked on at the time. I just wanted to ask if they could check a coolant leak, but before I even reached the counter, the owner immediately said no and told me to leave in a very bad manner.

Had DPF light flashing, took it in to get looked at. Was told it was fixed. Took it to another mechanic after about 5 months, dpf sensors had been cooked, bolts were rounded. Causing there to be a blockage of soot, have now spent about 3 grand because they didn’t investigate the code. Over charged me for a basic service, oil change and air filter change. Car was getting serviced there by previous owner for the cars whole life so all the work was done by them. Bolts to turbo were also an issue, one was rounded, one was cracke... read more
I used to go to MG and it was very good. However, the last few times, the proprietor was rude and treating me like an imbecile. He has lost another customer.
