I found GM Hickman Contractors after having 2 days of severe water in the basement of my new home right after closing. I had many people out for estimates, but went with Gary and team after doing research. Gary was the only one to address the root of the problem: grading. All of the basement work in the world only addresses the issue after the water gets in. Gary prevented it from getting anywhere near my house! Gary and team have done several projects for us. Most recently they removed an old tank from our yard. They're precise, timely and knowledgeable. They're our "go to guys" for big and small projects. Very happy.
Hired Hickman to regrade our back yard as we were having a water issue - not only did they do a great job with the yard but they also sealed a crack in the foundation of our home - so far so good! All was done in a short period of time - it was a very good experience!
