Best gym I've ever been to. The staff are skilled, knowledgable and kind. The owners are very involved in the community and foster a wonderfully welcoming atmosphere. Plus their events are next-level cool! This is a gym that truly builds community and I'm so glad to be a part of it.

I’ve been waiting a good while to find the right community here on #sunshinecoastbc that celebrates more than just fitness. These gals get it! A mix between fitness (kettlebells, sled, ropes, weights etc) and building their community with fun events. Proud to support another team of female entrepreneurs building their business. . (++ the playlists rocks too)
GM Fitness is one of my favourite places to be. Not only do the workouts leave you feeling good, but the atmosphere and community Gill has built is unmatched. Gill, Lily, Asha and Kassandra go out of their way to make sure everyone feels strong, supported and included.
Gillian, Lily and the whole crew at GM Fitness have always made me feel so welcomed to their classes. They’re generous with their expertise and knowledge, making the class feel suitable to my fitness level…. while everyone around me is also receiving the same care, getting a workout to suit their needs. I always leave sweaty and happy, excited for the next class!
