Aweful customer service. I tried repeatedly to pay my lease loan with American Exspress,but they refuse to accept American express or Discover.
Terrible customer service Lucille & yorfi were awful acting like they were trying to help kept me on hold for 70 mins her to say they can't help with my GM account
They auto paying a bill out of my account without me giving permission to take my money(I did not sign up for auto pay). Then when I call for a refund I'm told it will take a couple days. A week later I get an email saying full out this form and I'll have my money in 2 days. The app was set up so that the submit button is hidden where you can't hit it. After 45 minutes on the phone they tell me to delete the app and try the web browser. That tells me my zip code is wrong when it wasn't. I then had to go to my laptop and fina... read more
I wish someone had told me about them before i got my car through them. Recently bought with them, not even a month yet. First payment isn’t due til next month. Woke up this morning and couldn’t find the car. Called the police and they told me it was repossessed. How? Why? They are really really really the worst. Am so mad this morning.
I am extremely frustrated with GM Financial. I’ve had nothing but issues since I started my loan with them. Despite making my monthly payment on time, as well as an extra principal payment, the extra payment did not reduce my loan balance as expected. It was applied to future payments instead, and when I contacted customer service, they didn’t provide a clear or satisfactory explanation.
