They tow my car with 2 months late normally they tow the car with 3 months late this insane. I am so mad I have been paying this car for 3 years almost everything I hope I can get my car back.
Terrible customer relations. Terrible resources. Both chat teams don’t know what they are talking about. I’ve been waiting on a refund for two months as they ping pong different agents. No one knows what they are DOING!!!!
Aweful customer service. I tried repeatedly to pay my lease loan with American Exspress,but they refuse to accept American express or Discover.
Terrible customer service Lucille & yorfi were awful acting like they were trying to help kept me on hold for 70 mins her to say they can't help with my GM account
They auto paying a bill out of my account without me giving permission to take my money(I did not sign up for auto pay). Then when I call for a refund I'm told it will take a couple days. A week later I get an email saying full out this form and I'll have my money in 2 days. The app was set up so that the submit button is hidden where you can't hit it. After 45 minutes on the phone they tell me to delete the app and try the web browser. That tells me my zip code is wrong when it wasn't. I then had to go to my laptop and fina... read more
