poor customer relations, have had problems mailing payoff to them, had 4 different address in one month. none worked. all they want is western union, money gram, or ach, which if over 50k requires several payments, with bank holding each one until verbally verified. Management just uses rote speech without knowing what is really going on. As a previous GMAC employee, it was paramount to give great customer service, now it is just bla bla without any real solutions

Lori in the funding department was extremely rude and every time I spoke with her she would cut me off and was not willing to help. Had a very sarcastic and condescending tone. I hope this make it to the right person to handle this issue and get her away from the receptionist department.
