I just bought a car and GM financial was the bank that was selected through the dealer. The first three weeks after getting my car they called multiple times a day and harassed me about changing my insurance deductibles, needing pay stubs I already provided multiple times…etc. I eventually had to tell them I have done the changes and to not call me again since they cannot communicate effectively within each other. Be very careful. GM Financial's billing department sent my final bill to the wrong address, leading to a false late payment on my credit report. When I called to fix their error, customer service was unhelpful, and management was unavailable. They are damaging my credit and taking no accountability. Account : ********4494
Termine de pagar mi vehículo hace ya casi 3 meses y no me han enviado ni el titulo, ni la carta de liberación de gravamen, en cada llamada y contacto a través de su plataforma digital y sus líneas telefonicas se obtiene información diferente y ninguna clase de solución. La última actualización es que el titulo debía llegar el 17 de Septiembre y hasta el dia que escribo estó, no ha llegado. Lo pensaría 2 veces antes de financiar un vehículo particular con esta compañía.
Absolutely worst loan company out there. These are scammers in business suits. Customer service is even worse and even when you are trying to pay them they are not helpful. Do not use this loan company!!!!! I have been with them for almost five years and have never even so much as have been late on a payment, I had a total loss on my car and after insurance and warranty was still left with a balance of only $3k I called to ask to have my monthly notes lowered considering my insurance just paid off a major chunk of the car so... read more
Paid off a 2020 Chevy tax they sent me a letter saying they would take it off my credit but reported the car as REPO to the credit bureaus failing to realize I have every document to prove myself the rep I spoke with tried to say I didn’t make payments until they looked & then is was apology central then when I called about my credit yet again they tell me file a dispute give them a call so they can try to fix it, this shouldn’t have happened to begin with!
