George was out to coat our flat roof. He was prompt and professional and the coating has held up as expected. He even came out quickly and fixed a leak (not coming from the roof). Will definitely use again!
There is a reason why GM Contracting have so many 5 star reviews. It is because George and his Team are customer focused and do exceptional work. They were punctual and timely (done is 1.5 days), polite, professional and just very nice. My new roof covering looks great and adds tremendous value to my flat roofed home that I was unable to get anyone else to put a roof on. His foam product was the perfect solution.
Phenomenal Job. George and the crew had quite a job on their hands! I waited 36 years to replace my roof. 90% percent of roof's deck boards needed replacement! As I own a Palm Harbor manufactured home that was built quite well an endless amount of roof staples needed pulling etc. The crew was courteous and did a fabulous job (and a great cleanup)! Very pleasant to work with. Greg did any excellent job spreading the silicone coating. He even repaired a hole where the old swamp cooler had been. I had no idea that hole was there. When I needed some drywall installed, I texted and they came out the next day to give me an estimate. Great job on the drywall. GM Contracting is my go to company.
