Hired GM Consultants LLC (George Duval's company) to renovate a porch, including installing Pella windows and door. He took the money for the windows and door and some other work, including payments to a subcontractor, but never ordered the windows nor paid the subcontractor, lied about the order, lied repeatedly that the delay in installation of the windows was due to storm damage at the Pella manufacturing facility from which he never ordered the windows. Signed a contract for a carport, shed and front door project and paid deposit. GM consultants went completely dark after the deposit and have not returned any phone calls/emails/texts in about a month for a status update. Scam. Do not use them for your projects. We have submitted claims to get our money back plus damages and will be reporting to BBB.
