Sold at whole price only to find out she used old parts. Extremely rude and will accuse you of stealing her stuff when she misplaced them. Honestly it seems like you’ll get more excuses than be upfront. Call a real appliance company. Would’ve given no stars but google won’t let me
We've used this service several times over the past few years. Always very honest and upfront. Timely and very professional. They even check to see if parts are under warranty. I always reccomned this comapny to anyone who needs their appliances serviced.

Jen and her staff absolutely blew me away with their knowledge, professionalism, communication, and overall approach to not just handling the situation I had with my Samsung refrigerator, but also doing it with honesty, grace, and, at what I thought was an extremely fair price. I have officially found my new "go-to" appliance repair company. Hats off to Jen, the owner, who runs an incredible business and even taught me a little bit along the way.
