I’ve had my car insurance through State Farm for many years. I’ve always had great face-to-face experiences! They have an app that is super easy to Navigate too. The staff at Glynn Walker’s office is super knowledgeable and make purchasing insurance a breeze. They have saved me a lot of money. I just commented yesterday on the fact that no one cares about customer service anymore. Then today I called Lisa with problems about an on going claim. Her response "Let me fix this. I will call you back." With in a matter of minutes she did what my previous agent hadn't bothered to take care of. Thank you guys for showing me that some people do still care about their customers!
