Took in 3500 Denali ultimate Dually was not starting. They claim they tested both batteries, but they only had one printout from the battery tester. Truck had less than 36,000 miles. Warranty was denied because they sent customer service one printout on a good battery. Protocol on a two battery truck is to send both. Look it up on GM‘s website.
