Bought my Colorado from this dealership and had a couple issues wrong with it since. It is a used truck ( only put 3k miles on it since I bought it ) and under warranty and the service department has been zero help and provided me the worst customer service possible. Every time you call in you get zero friendliness and 100% attitude. Left several messages for sales manager and no response yet. This review is for the OUTSTANDING service department. I have a 2015 Cadillac SRX that had a faulty ABS module. Another GM repair place tried to fix this with a not so good result and no recommendations as to what we could do. Took it to Glynn Smith in Opelika. Manager of the Service Dept……JP, went out of his way, found the part, which is now obsolete, that we needed. Picked up my vehicle today and she runs like a top. I can’t thank JP and his team enough for the service that they gave to us.
I purchased a 2025 Yukon Denali this past weekend from Glenn Smith GMC, and the experience was top-notch! Corey and the entire staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Absolutely amazing service!! We were looking for something pretty specific and finally found it here right at closing unfortunately… BUT they stayed opened later to get us in this new car and were so so very friendly while working with us which i am so appreciative of!
