some of the staff is nice and helpful, however I have had a negative experience repeatedly with Britney marshall in reception.
The therapists are great. The only thing is one of the receptionist and billing. I called a few days to cancel all the appointments I had left with my therapist. The receptionist asked me why and I told her that I wanted to see my doctor again since the exercises I was given were the ones I've been doing four weeks before my therapy sessions started. INSANE. I paid a $25 printout for a 3 page pdf of exercises i found for free on google. Complete waste of money.
I hate to write this review as I never leave like to leave negative reviews. Physical therapists are great here, specifically Harvey! She was amazing! The other aides are also very sweet and informative as well as doctors are great! Have no complaints there. However, the lower rating goes for the office staff. Crazy unprofessional whether it be forgetting on their end to the input proof of my copayment or hanging up with me on the phone after I was placed on hold for over 10 mins or just attitude overall….
