The rent is a great price! The trailers are mostly owned by private owners. Plus the community is an overall friendly one. Update: The rent is still the cheapest to stay. The available homes are a mix of owner and company owned. The road could use a bit of a repair and there is still no playground or true area for kids.
Wrongfully evicted me as if I was a renter when in fact, I was paying an out of state lender for my mortgage which they said repossessed my home. Upon calling them turns out the lender told me to seek legal council and to take them to court. Signed my lease April 2018 and for some reason these guys sent me a letter as if I signed a new lease July 1 of 2022 which never took place. Then they were acting like I was renting to own through them for the trailer I already owned and was paying for. Totally scammed me out of my home.... read more
