Appalling non existent service from Glyn Hopkin Nissan services. New car (bought in May) failed to start in October, towed to Nissan and been in repair ever since. No updates, had to chase continuously, services/repairs do not answer phone calls or emails, Glyn Hopkin call centre advising they are emailing services to ask for call back and nothing happens. have to drive there personally to get an update. Couldn't be happier with my new juke absolutely everything I ever wanted so superb
We made the mistake of buying a new Juke from Glyn Hopkin Cambridge. It was delivered late because it was initially delivered to Romford instead of Cambridge. Even before we collected it they damaged it and it had to go for bodywork repairs. The car itself is lovely. Since then we have received regular phone calls trying to sell us new cars, services, buy our car back etc, despite them being asked many times to stop harassing us and to remove us from their calling list.
