I did have a 5 star review but now it is at 1 star. It has been 3 months since install and we are still WAITING on city inspection so these solar panels will start paying for themselves...... I have reached out and still no answer. If you go with this company I would think twice. We are very disappointed and they have not held up their end of the bargain.

Salesman was extremely kind and said that our system and storage could easily power our AC unit and other things. When this was put to the test during Hurricane Beryl, that proved to be dangerously false. This misunderstanding literally put me and my family in danger. We lucked out and were only without power for a little over a week but my house ended up getting up to 90F inside. This system was very expensive and it only seems to be able to run a fridge. This is a horrible company. They teach their door to door salesman to tell people they are not soliciting that it is a promotional program for solar and batteries. They do not respect no solicitation signs because they are told to lie that they’re not soliciting. I would never ever use such a dishonest company.

Brittany was "Glyde ing" past my house on her electric skateboard and saw that I already have solar panels and stopped to visit. She was very helpful along with her manager, Kayla, in suggesting ideas for my upcoming renewal of an electric provider. They shared their time and knowledge with me knowing that they were not going to sell me solar panels. I appreciate their time and knowledge.
