Good for diabetic bread supply and staying in ketosis.
What a find! I have searched for a bread that is gluten and processed sugar free, and lacking in lots of additives. I found my bread heaven at Glutenull Bakery. The Quinoa Buns are my favorite. They toast so well and have an incredible taste. So many possibility of toppings (I tried olive pesto), but they are good just by themselves. I can't describe the joy I felt to be able to have a tasty bread again. Thank you Glutenull!!
What a gem! As a keto and gluten / dairy free person this place is great. I can actually enjoy bread and desserts again. The stand outs are the coconut ciabatta buns, buckwheat chocolate cookies, and I had to indulge in the the Lilu’s truffle cake! Definitely a must try spot!
Apart from the fact that the staff is very pleasant and kind, this company's products are fantastic. I'm so glad I discovered it. Their bread beats any other gluten free bread I have tried. They have a good variety of products.
