Excellent gluten free bread. The bread structure is very nice.
Celiac safe bakery with tons of options to choose from!! John was amazing and is a very passionate baker. Not only was everything gluten free but also dairy free, egg free and very allergen friendly. Other gluten free bakery’s in the Denver area that offer allergen friendly options oftentimes don’t hit the mark however everything we got from here was spot on. Excellent bakery. Everything is gluten free, soy free, nut free, dairy free, and egg free. Despite all that, the texture and flavor of every item are outstanding. The quality at Gluten Free Things is exceptional and its easily the best gluten free food I have ever had!! John is a true master of his craft. P.S. Do not sleep on the cookie dough.
My Husband and I got the pie crust mix and it is super easy to use and tastes amazing. We made a Cinnamon Cherry, a pumpkin pie, and a chicken pot pie. With the left over pie crust we made miniature chocolate cinnamon rolls. Everything tasted so amazing and again super easy to use! John the owner and his wife Peggy are absolutely amazing. We will definitely be going back.
