Stopped in to the Rio Rancho location a couple weeks ago, picked up the mini carrot cake, blueberry scone with tart lemony glaze, banana cream pie and fresh baked focaccia rolls - all gluten free, all super yummo! Can't stop dreaming about the tres leches cake....
We had the best darn thin crust, green chile, pepperoni pizza here today! Not just the best GF pizza, but the best thin crust pizza! It was crispy on the edges, slightly chewy in the center and tasty. No one would ever guess it was GF. Then I had the individual carrot cake which was moist and had a tender crumb. Very, very good. We also bought a dozen biscochitos which can go head to head with your abuela's. I've never had a GF cookie that's crisp and crumbly and so delicious. Honestly. delicious.
Finally a real gluten free shop in Rio Rancho! They even cater to me with multiple food allergies! You guys are wonderful!
Cute place, delicious food, terrible service. I was planning on buying multiple gluten free things but decided not to after standing there for 5 minutes without even a "hello". I'd rather go without than put up with crummy service like that.
