Since the founder, LynnRae Ries, was diagnosed gluten-intolerant in 2000, we have immersed ourselves in our mission of making life tastier and easier for people on special diets. Gluten-Free Creations is born from the many supportive people in the gluten-free and allergen-free community. Their support and interest is the true energy that has driven us to provide the best products possible, in a Certified gluten-free environment.

Amazing The staff is so knowledgable and friendly. They make living life gluten free so much easier. The bakery items are very tasty and reasonably priced. The selection is awesome. It is definitely worth a visit.
Tasty Gluten Free This gluten-free bakery has delicious breads, bagels and donuts for those who have to live gluten-free. They are knowledgeable about other food allergies as well. Even if you don't have any food allergies (like me), but want to eat healthier, this tasty bakery is your place. I tried it with my friend who has to watch what she intakes and I have to say, their breads and bagels and donuts were good.
Great GF Bakery Gluten Free Creations is the only GF certified bakery in the Phoenix area. LynnRae is a great baker. Their products range from pizza to cake to brownies... This bakery accommodates other allergies as well, such as dairy & eggs. The staff is friendly & helpful. Definitely worth the trip. I am so glad we have Gluten Free Creations in Phoenix! I usually shop at the cafe in south Scottsdale since it's close to my office and they have a great lunch menu! It's nice to be able to go in and order a totally gluten free lunch that tastes great, and they always have tons of samples on the counters. They have a lot of frozen baked goods for sale like breads, donuts, muffins, and even have birthday cakes if you need them. If you're gluten free you have to check this place out!
Vegan Cake – No doubt that they can bake a vegan cake the problem is the doesn't taste like a cake. Very expensive and almost imposible to eat. The baker needs to taste it first before to put it on the menu. Even vegans have sweet tooth.
