I consider a workout "good" if I burn 350 calories in 50-55 minutes. And the music playlist is 🔥! I visit using Class Pass so I can’t speak to the vibes of the gym outside of a Friday class. But the Ladies that work there are friendly!Â
I loved the environment and the teacher was very attentive during class. Felt empowering to be there.Â

If you’re scared to go to the normal gyms because other people are looking at you differently, and you don’t know what you’re doing. I highly recommend this All girls gym!!!! They are super supportive! They help you with your workouts and they also motivate you the whole entire time. If you’ve been looking for a change, this is your sign!!!!!Â
