Desparately needed a new pair of jeans, but walked out with 3 thank you Glue Store and to Daniella she was so patient as I tried on so many, helped me find the ones I liked. Jeans can be so hard to find especially ones that aren't baggy but there are good ones here, Lovely experience with other folks who work here always up for a chat !
AMaya Hayden Lola have not been just so welcoming but so helpful went above and beyond to help customers but also just kept it professional and respectful I had the best experience not once but many time they all have been the centre of glue store at Penrith I not only look for them but also do my friends and family so thank you guys for the best service but t the best vibe guys xxxx
Went to the store today with my wife who found a dress to try on. The security tag was in a location the prevented the zipper from opening enough to try the dress, so we lined up at the counter and waited while the staff had a chat with their mates for around 5 minutes. Upon finally speaking with staff once they had finished their catch up, they informed us they would not remove the security tag despite it limiting the ability to try on the dress, so we left the dress there and left the store. Great way to do business…

Was standing in line for a while waiting to be served behind a man, as I’m waiting a lady comes and stands in between the registers waiting. When the man in front of me pays and leaves I go to pay for my item only to be told by the worker that the lady who came after me was there first simply because they know her. Horrible service and a horrible experience. That young male worker should know better be professional.
