I came into the Glue Store at Miranda on 16Dec (Monday) quite late in the day looking for Xmas gifts for my 21yr old son. I was unsure of the style & sizing I chose. I was helped by a lovely girl called Hannah who helped me pick the right style & looked up my sons account to see what sizing he would normally wear. I ordered a veja shoes on 15/6, went to the store on 18/6, shoe is not available because right pair is missing, never heard anything from them until i rock up in the store. It was a waste of my time 2 hours from livo to miranda. This leaves a bad taste in my mouth. To think this is my first purchase from the store/brand. I shouldve just went with the iconic.
Came in to Glue store Jasmine P was so welcoming and was the perfect balance of being helpful but also giving me time to look around!! We need more people like Jasmine she really cared and made me happy!
Recently purchased a number of items from Glue. Ruby was great in helping me find presents for my grandkids. She asked me questions to get a feel for what age group,etc.I was buying for. Came away feeling good about what I had bought. Thanks Ruby!
