Claudia and Pascal are the best workers at glue! Me and my sister went in to purchase some shoes in a busy sale and I have never received such amazing customer service!! They attended to me and my sister whenever we needed help while simultaneously keeping the stock neat and tidy and while attending to other customers. Created a safe and comfortable environment for my shopping :) these two definitely deserve a raise!
Kassandra, the tall Polynesian lady has extremely poor customer service. Went in with my girlfriend to buy a few things and she proceed take her time not sure what she was doing back there as we were at the counter to purchase our items came out of the back only to shout rudely "do you want this?!?" What on earth is that kind of service. Dont work a retail job if you cant give service with a smile. Her coworkers as well were giggling as she made her rude remark.
