GREAT people and a fantastic product. I purchased one of the less expensive glue guns and they damn near treated me like royalty. They made sure I knew everything about my purchase before I walked out the door. I'm VERY satisfied with them and my Champ 3 glue gun!!!
We have bought 5 of the CHAMP STICK 400 glue guns over the past 3 years and only one works now. They one we just bought 3 months just broke. They are expensive junk. I'm going back to the Uline glue guns. Very poor quality. UPDATE: Now all 5 of our glue guns have broke. Electrical cords have shorted out. The power switches are wired different on every one. The internal heaters have also stop working. EXPENSIVE JUNK!
