Should have called snow routes only earlier than you all did or shut it down. Had to walk back from Madison Heights because the bus was in an accident.

. I recently had to file a complaint and talk to a supervisor . Bus #12 driver pulled off as soon as I came to the bus on purpose . The driver’s are always late . GLTC needs to tighten up.
