Terrible. Literally everyday there is a problem with these buses. They tell you last minute that 2 buses are combined, the 4 bus is always late..the drivers will take a break at every. single. rest. stop. they. have. and they’ll go OVER their time. I know that the times they leave the station are :45 and :15 after the hour…but these drivers will literally wait until :51 after the hour to leave!! 2 days in a row I’ve been hours late to work because the bus makes last minute changes. The whole company is sloppy.
Terrible. The buses are never on time and the supervisor does nothing about it.
Should have called snow routes only earlier than you all did or shut it down. Had to walk back from Madison Heights because the bus was in an accident.
