After a bit of confusion with where to pickup bus ticket, customer service was very professional. Even at the wrong place, the workers were very patient and directed me to the proper place to purchase monthly bus ticket. I'm thankful the ticket pffice was open on Juneteenth Day, because the person needing ticket would have had to walk. I was informed that if ticket is list, stolen or damaged there is no replacement or refund. Great to know. The bus ticket is activated upon the 1st use on bus ride.

The drivers were so nice and answered any questions I had. The service is very good for anyone needing to get around town at an affordable price

Terrible. Literally everyday there is a problem with these buses. They tell you last minute that 2 buses are combined, the 4 bus is always late..the drivers will take a break at every. single. rest. stop. they. have. and they’ll go OVER their time. I know that the times they leave the station are :45 and :15 after the hour…but these drivers will literally wait until :51 after the hour to leave!! 2 days in a row I’ve been hours late to work because the bus makes last minute changes. The whole company is sloppy.

Terrible. The buses are never on time and the supervisor does nothing about it.
