We built a new house 7 months ago. GLT did all of our plumbing here. Since then we have had several issues. Today it was the sump pump not working. My mom met the plumber here as I was at work. She's 77 and said the plumber was very hateful and accused her of lying. They were out last Friday and made some repairs. Today it was the sump pump. They told us it's burned up and refused to warranty it. They insisted we were flushing wipes, they found no wipes, and then said we'll our washing machine must've caused it. Now I can't ... read more
