This company is very unreliable, 3 days waiting for a package to arrive from Edmonton to Sherwood Park. Package was faster in transit from Quebec to Alberta than a 30 minute drive. Would never used this company for delivery service. Company is only open from Monday to Friday and this being Saturday, I don’t expect my package to arrive anytime soon, even after calling them yesterday and the representative said she put a rush order on it. I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. First delivery attempt: No recipient was available—this was understandable. Rescheduled delivery: I called and scheduled it for July 28 at 5 PM. No one showed up. Follow-up: A customer service representative (CSR) called a week later asking when they could deliver. I explained that it’s their responsibility to inform me of the delivery time, since the first request was not followed, not the other way around.
