My experience with this landscaping company has been extremely disappointing. After multiple rescheduled appointments over the past 1.5 weeks—and most recently a complete no‑show without any notice—I no longer have confidence in their reliability or professionalism. Sod was laid, but I believe that the clay beneath was not properly remediated for good drainage. The sod has not taken root to subsurface. The seams of the sod are still quite prominent after all this time and most of the yard is in poor health. Left the installation with minimal at best instructions for care. Very disappointing considering the cost.
The work was supposed to include clearing out the tree grindings, adding soil, tilling the area, installing sod, and finishing with grass seed around the edges. Instead, the soil was never properly added or tilled, and the sod that was eventually installed has remained yellow and hasn’t grown properly even after a year. On top of that, the sod was delivered on a Friday. Jaime and his crew did a wonderful job installing sod on my property and made a minor grading adjustment to address a chronic issue. Jaime took the time to listen carefully to my concerns as we walked the property, and even pointed out an additional issue that I had not noticed. He provided a reasonable quote along with a clear and realistic timeframe for the work.
