I knew right away that this company was run by someone who cared about any job he bid on....large or small. We had a huge job and Garrison Landscaping was the first one to call us back. Gary and his crew worked really well together. They were at the job site early and worked until they couldn't see to work! We had a retaining wall, a patio around a pool and a fireplace/pizza oven. My experience with this landscaping company has been extremely disappointing. After multiple rescheduled appointments over the past 1.5 weeks—and most recently a complete no‑show without any notice—I no longer have confidence in their reliability or professionalism. Sod was laid, but I believe that the clay beneath was not properly remediated for good drainage. The sod has not taken root to subsurface. The seams of the sod are still quite prominent after all this time and most of the yard is in poor health. Left the installation with minimal at best instructions for care. Very disappointing considering the cost.
