The work was supposed to include clearing out the tree grindings, adding soil, tilling the area, installing sod, and finishing with grass seed around the edges. Instead, the soil was never properly added or tilled, and the sod that was eventually installed has remained yellow and hasn’t grown properly even after a year. Jaime and his crew did a wonderful job installing sod on my property and made a minor grading adjustment to address a chronic issue. Jaime took the time to listen carefully to my concerns as we walked the property, and even pointed out an additional issue that I had not noticed. He provided a reasonable quote along with a clear and realistic timeframe for the work. I rarely give a 5 star rating but this one is well-deserved. Jaime Mariano was the GLS lead for my project. The design, installation and follow up exceeded expectations. At each step, Jaime met with me to assure all was as I envisioned it. I would definitely recommend GLS.
