Receiving hours are 6am to 3:30pm EST. I arrived the night before, the gates were locked, but there's room to park a couple trucks if you're creative. Checked in 6am, empty by 7:15am.

Seems to be appointment time only. Had 10:00 appointment arrived at 8:30 and did not get on dock until 10:00.
