We had a large project as a result of severe water damage to our home. The GLR staff was prompt, professional and communicative. We are especially appreciative of Brandon and Jarrod. The work performed was transformative and absolutely outstanding! I’m working with them on a renovation to another part of our home in the near future as their initial project was completed beyond our expectations!

Extremely difficult to work with. Usually showed up late if at all. Job manager was extremely unprofessional through emails and told us about an employees personal issues blaming him for work not being done, even though the issues were with the second group of workers. Quality of work was poor and they kept claiming to be done when there were visible mistakes in every room they worked on

Extremely difficult to work with. On average showed up two hours later than they claimed they would and had multiple days where we took off work and the workers did not show up at all or give any notice that they wouldn't until after I contacted them after waiting a few hours. They claimed they finished the jobs but left spilled paint all over the floor of rooms and on steps, left large gaps between trim and baseboards/walls that you can see through, left outlets crooked and sticking out of the outlet protectors, did not fix... read more

Tom worked in our kitchen for a week and the final product looks great. He was responsive, respectful, and friendly.

GLR saved my kitchen, basement, and fence after a nasty storm. They were professional, knowledgeable, and skillful. They also were respectful of my home and my preferences not to mention how encouraging they were as I was dealing with all this. Now the work is complete and I couldn't be more pleased. Job Well Done. You guys rock.
